CHILD EVANGELISM FELLOWSHIP

Child Evangelism Fellowship®, also known as CEF®, is a Bible-centered, worldwide organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the local church for Christian living. CEF has over 1,200 missionaries overseas, approximately 1,000 of whom are nationals. In the USA and Canada 700 full-time workers and an estimated 40,000 volunteers serve the ministry. CEF was founded by Jesse Irvin Overholtzer in 1937.

Our chapter is called the "Southwest Chatper" of North Dakota.

The Southwest Chapter was chartered on November 13, 1959.  The first director was Rev. and Mrs. Alvin Bauch.  CEF in Southwest ND has been faithfully served by many godly men and women.  Each chapter is supported by individuals and churches within their area.  Prayer is the key to the success of any CEF chapter.

The Southwest Chapter Committee

The Chapter Committee is the executive body that makes the decisions for the mission work in their area.  This volunteer group works as a team with the local director.  Fund raising, prayer, and the ministries of Good News Club, 5-Day Clubs, Good News Camp, Christian Youth In Action,  Teacher Training, etc. are the responsibilities of this diligent group of people.

Southwest Chatper of North Dakota covers 17 counties, popluation estimate is 110,000 people.

Please pray for CEF each day.
